The project involved the production, transportation, laying, and compaction of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) within the municipal boundaries of Kayseri İncesu Municipality. Through the implementation of HMA on many of İncesu’s streets, the project has significantly improved road quality and ensured more comfortable transportation for residents.
