Description:
Within the scope of this project, superstructure works were carried out on the Ayr – Kermelik – Özvatan Provincial Road, located along the Kayseri–Sivas route, between Km: 0+000 and Km: 25+000. The scope of work included:

Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Paving: Production, transportation, and laying of HMA were carried out to improve the durability of the road surface.
Substructure Preparation: The road surface and drainage systems were prepared in accordance with standards prior to asphalt paving.
Structures and Repairs: Existing bridges, culverts, and other structures were improved, and new ones were built where necessary.
Quality Control: HMA materials and paving works were tested in laboratories to ensure compliance with the standards of the General Directorate of Highways.
Transportation Safety and Comfort: The project was carried out to enhance driver and passenger safety and improve regional transportation comfort.

Objective: The project was completed with the aim of strengthening the regional transportation infrastructure, supporting economic mobility, and improving road safety.
