Project Description and General Data

The project is a 12 km ring road construction, aiming to ease Kayseri’s urban traffic, provide transportation comfort, and contribute to city development.
Project duration: 1200 days
Number of employees: 370 people
Completion percentage: 100% completed.

Project Stages: Construction Components

1. Earthworks

Covers excavation, filling, and compaction of the soil.
The main objectives are to create a stable ground and prepare the substructure suitable for infrastructure elements and superstructure works.
Heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and rollers are typically used at this stage.

2. Structures

Culverts, bridges, drainage systems, and retaining walls fall under this category.
Design is carried out according to terrain conditions and water drainage requirements.

3. Superstructure (HMA – Hot Mix Asphalt)

Includes layers such as HMA base, stone foundation, and final asphalt surfacing.
A traffic-resistant, safe, and comfortable road surface is created.

4. Miscellaneous Works

Landscaping, road markings, traffic signs, curbs, water channels, culvert arrangements, and other complementary works are included under this stage.
